Using Our Products

Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our products require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may change our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the product after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Refunds

For iOS apps, refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. For web-based subscriptions, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at hello@usefulforhumans.com for refund requests.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our products or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our products

Intellectual Property

Our products and their contents (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Useful for Humans Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our products, but you grant us a licence to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Useful for Humans Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our products ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
